WhatsApp Web to get voice, video call support coming soon

WhatsApp is working on a new update that will make its web system much better. The ability to make voice and video calls on WhatsApp Web is currently in the process of being developed, and is expected to be available soon. WhatsApp currently only supports voice and video calls on its mobile app only.
WhatsApp Web allows you to do almost all the important things you can do in a mobile app. But it doesn’t have other features like voice and video call support, add new contacts, and more. According to WABetaInfo, mobile support on WhatsApp Web is expected to be released in the coming weeks at least for beta users of the public. It also released screenshots of what the feature will look like on WhatsApp Web.
Voice, video call support for WhatsApp Web users
The mobile interface allows users to call video and voice friends and family members using WhatsApp. Now, a new report from WABetaInfo suggests that video and voice features are coming to WhatsApp Web Client soon. The messaging platform will still ensure video streaming and voice call support in the Web platform. Features are currently being tested by the company.
New wallpaper support is coming soon
WhatsApp will soon introduce new wallpaper features for users. Under this feature, users will be able to decide which wallpaper to use according to the app theme. In addition, according to WABetaInfo, the new update will also add the option to download the new official WhatsApp app while selecting app wallpapers.
Media expiration – long-tested
Under this feature, expired media containing photos, videos, GIFs sent by another recipient will be automatically deleted when the user leaves the conversation. This feature will simply disappear from the media without leaving any message ‘message deleted’ or ‘expired media’ after deletion.
History sync feature
The history sync feature will enable users to easily copy messages and other conversations in a time-frame from one device to another. In addition, it will allow users to copy their message content from Android devices to iOS devices and vice versa.
Use of Renewable Storage
The storage section on WhatsApp is important to keep the data usage tab and data storage on the device. In retrospect, WhatsApp has also improved its final phase while enabling more interaction to analyze data related to storage. In addition, the upgrade will be visually engaged in managing the storage in the app.
Multiple device support
Lastly, WhatsApp will also provide multi-device support for its messaging platform. The update is yet to come in its stable version but seen in the beta update. This feature will allow users to use their account individually from multiple devices at the same time.
